During your three-year training, you will learn all practical tasks and requirements in the personnel department.

As we take care of the entire employee life cycle, you will be trained as a true generalist and experience a varied workday.

What to expect You will learn all processes of modern personnel work:
from entry to exit of an employee Managing personnel files and documenting working hours, absences, and vacation planning We will teach you important knowledge in labor, social security, and collective bargaining law You will also gain exciting insights into recruiting You will be responsible for handling internal and external inquiries in writing and by phone Your profile You have a middle school diploma You are a communication talent and have a high level of customer and service orientation Office work is your strength and you enjoy working with office programs You have good oral and written expression You are reliable and have a good sense of dealing with people We offer Above-average remuneration according to the BRK collective bargaining agreement Excellent chances of being taken on after your training A
