Target Population and Demographics
Programs will target economically disadvantaged young people, primarily aged 8-18 youth, who face significant barriers to accessing educational and employment opportunities.
The Club aims to introduce them to the world of work and equip them with the necessary tools, skills, and resources to prepare for future careers, ultimately breaking the cycle of poverty in their families.
By addressing the specific needs and challenges faced by this population, its programs will strive to empower them with opportunities for upward mobility and long-term success.

Participants will develop a sense of confidence and belief in their abilities to succeed academically and professionally, demonstrated through improved self-esteem, self-advocacy, and goal-setting skills.

Participants will gain a broader understanding of various career options and industries, allowing them to make informed decisions about their future paths and explore previously unconsidered opportunities.
Strengthened Social Skills:
Participants will enhance their communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively navigate professional environments and build positive relationships with peers, mentors, and employers.

Improved Educational Attainment:
