Attend daily Company meetings:

Develop a full working knowledge of our luxury homes and their amenities:

Develop a complete knowledge of company sales policies and SOP's, and ensure knowledge of and adherence to those policies:

Meet or exceed set goals

Initiate and follow up on leads

Monitor and evaluate trends within our market

Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner

Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by guests

Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines

Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information

Perform other duties as requested by management:

Schedule and lead Property Photoshoot:

Make sure all websites and booking platforms are up to date and accurate
Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
