STORE MANAGER TRAINEE - PAWNBROKER
We're a pawn and retail shop with various locations in Chicago. We are looking for a Store Manager Trainee to join our team.

As a Store Manager Trainee, you'll train on all aspects of successfully running our stores in preparation for running for your own store.

You'll be involved in supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, identifying store needs, managing loans and purchases, and supervising employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:_

• Supervises the daily operations and performance of the team to provide the highest level of customer service for the customer
• Handles customer concerns and ensures an appropriate resolution
• Oversees loans and maintains store inventory
• Complies with all established company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands:_

• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry and walk about the store
• Must be able to work Saturdays

Education and Experience:_

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Prior management experience preferred but not required
• Basic Math Skills

Travel:_

• Full-Time Store Manager Trainees will often train at multiple locations and must have flexibility to travel within divisional requirements

From $17.00 per hour
