Your tasks

General:

  • Development and expansion of our management systems with topics such as data protection, ISO certification, TSM, EMAS, BCM.
  • Creation, maintenance and preparation of documents within our management systems (e.g. ISO 27001, TSM)
  • Analysis of risk-prone business processes
  • Creation of reports, optimization of processes
  • Preparation, support and follow-up of internal and external audits

Data protection:

  • Review, negotiation and conclusion of data processing agreements with service providers/customers
  • Optimization of data protection processes and handling and documentation of data protection incidents
  • Performing the role of data protection coordinator as a link to the external data protection officer

Occupational safety:

  • Representation of the internal specialist for occupational safety
  • Working on joint projects in the field of occupational safety

What you bring

  • University degree (e.g. in the field of security & safety engineering) or commercial vocational training with experience
  • Experience in the field of management systems (data protection & ISO certification) advantageous
