The general training content includes knowledge of the structure and organization of the training company, labor law, occupational safety, environmental protection, data protection and efficient energy use. Reading and applying technical documents, planning work processes and evaluating work results are also part of the job, as well as managing tools, materials and spare parts.
Additional offers in our training program allow apprentices to look beyond their own profession and qualify themselves for the future. Some examples include:
- CNC technology and milling and turning
- Working with the small-scale control system Siemens LOGO
- Qualification in the field of electrical engineering and welding technology
The training takes place in the first year at our training center. After that, apprentices are placed in our specialized departments, completing our modern training methodology in this profession.
