Haus Bürgerspital in Volkach is looking for a kitchen manager (m/f/d)

  • Full-time position
  • Starting in November 2024

Your responsibilities:

  • You plan, organize and monitor the kitchen operations
  • You are responsible for calculating the needs, purchasing and providing all necessary ingredients
  • You play a key role in the design and organization of events and celebrations
  • You create meal plans for our residents
  • You create vacation and shift schedules for your employees
  • Main tasks also include daily food preparation, preparation of special diets, portioning and assisting with the distribution of breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • In your work, you take responsible care for the proper implementation of hygiene/safety measures and work processes

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a cook
  • Identification with the goals of Caritas
  • Willingness for further education and training
