Cellar 75, located inside _The Barn Resort, is _seeking proactive and energetic individuals to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the bartender in ensuring smooth bar operations by supporting with various tasks such as pouring and opening beer, stocking ice, restocking bar supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.

Additionally, the Barback will assist in bussing tables within the bar area and patio, as well as assisting with the nightly shutdown procedures.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting Bartenders in pouring and opening beer, preparing garnishes, and ensuring the bar is well stocked with all supplies
Ensuring ice wells are clean and readily stocked to meet customer demand.
Keeping the bar area clear of debris, clutter, and trash
Restocking bar supplies, including but not limited to, napkins, straws, glassware, and condiments
Clear tables within the bar area and patio in order to provide the best environment to our customers
Removing and unwanted or finished bottles, glasses and trash to maintain the cleanliness of the area.
Once the patio area is available to customers, assisting the maintenance and cleaning of the area
Assisting other team members in the nightly shutdown of the bar through cleaning and proper sanitation of all areas, disposing of trash, restocking, and ensuring all equipment is cleaned and stowed properly.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
RAMP Certification is required for this role
Willingness to learn and follow the direction of the Restaurant Manager and General Manager, as well as be a team player

Work Environment

Operates in a bar area and outdoor environment
Moderate to loud noise

Physical Demands

Ability to Bend, Squat, Run & Physically React in a Prompt Manner
Ability to use hands and fingers in grasping, pinching, chopping, pulling, and lifting motions
Ability to Lift 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for very long periods of time
