As a Sales Support Specialist - at Wireless Zone, you will become an integral part of our outside sales team by providing reliable support and becoming an expert in new wireless and wired technology solutions.

This role involves direct interaction with clients, facilitating orders, troubleshooting customer issues, and maintaining strong knowledge of all company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.

Key
Responsibilities

Assist Account Executives in developing solutions for complex problems.
Support the Account Executive team in all business aspects.
Work directly with clients to facilitate orders and address customer service issues.
Troubleshoot customer issues and develop businessspecific solutions.
Maintain strong knowledge of all company products and services.
Create and maintain great relationships with our customers.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and logistics departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Organized with superior attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
High school diploma or equivalent; college experience is a plus, however if you don't have college experience let us be your college.
