    What We Offer You

    • Competitive salary with performance-based increments starting at $80,000 for new teachers.

    *Initial salary range is $80,000 to $90,000, with the potential to increase up to $110,000 based on experience and performance.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in education or related field with a minimum GPA of 2.50.
    • Passion for guiding students through challenges and fostering social and academic skills.
    • Previous experience working with students in educational or youth settings.
    • Demonstrated success as an experienced teacher.
