Primary point of contact for questions from the team, clarifying features & user stories and answering questions for delivery teams; become a subject matter expert on assigned product functionsCollaborates closely with Technical, Testing and Design teams to define exceptional experiences and scalable solutionsUtilize project tracking tools to maintain and update project information (e.g. Jira and Aha).Ensures clear and comprehensive product documentation, inclusive of functional specificationsWhere appropriate, works closely with off-shore BAs and assist with the elaboration of epics into user storiesAct as a key stakeholder in release planning and support end user release management and trainingKeeps abreast with Agile/Scrum best practicesPerform other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstances necessitateQualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar relevant field preferred, or equivalent work experience and/or trainingPrevious experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner or similar role in product managementHands-on experience and knowledge of managing all stages of the product life cycle within an Agile frameworkTechnical background with knowledge of software development and web technologiesOutstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skillsExcellent organizational skills with attention to detail#J-18808-Ljbffr
