Spring EQ is seeking an experienced Product Owner to help manage the analysis of new business system development and existing system improvement.

This Role will report to the VP of Product.


Responsibilities:


  • Allocate analysis team resources and monitor deliverables to ensure client needs are met successfully and in a timely fashion.
  • Builds test plans and data.
  • Coordinates with other teams to identify and implement new systems to support business function at effective cost.
  • Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
  • May manage subordinate staff in the daytoday performance of their jobs.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree.
  • Extensive knowledge of mortgage processes.
  • 5 years' experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
  • 1 to 3 years supervisory experience.
