Description

Should have 5+ years Relevant experience in Desktop Support and Administration

- VPN Connectivity/Installations

  • Hardware Setup/configuration, troubleshooting and replacement.
  • Deploying Laptops with all the updated software
-
Standalone Printer support and installation, Network Printers basic network connectivity troubleshooting.

  • Troubleshooting & performing break fix issues
  • Office 365 basic troubleshooting

- Competent with Zoom Video Conferencing, MS Teams, and WebEx Web Conferencing Good to have skills, Technologies, framework, and Methodologies:

  • Experience working with spreadsheets, excel, documents, and presentation tools to create and maintain technical and functional documentation

$50, $55,000.00 per year
