Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be designing and developing product education for
IBMsellers, Business Partners, and Clients.
The candidate will identify and create various assets used in the development of a course, and architect/build the demo environment used in various course hands-on labs.
The candidate would adhere to the course standards and best practices set out by the team and build course content using tools such as MS PowerPoint, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc.
A strong domain knowledge of the Security portfolio (specifically the Identity & Access pillar) andcloud
technologies is a plus. The candidate will be working closely with the Product
Management
and Development team to build
sales
and technical educational content for
IBMSecurity products.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
The candidate will be designing and developing courses for
IBMclients and business partners.
Expertise in with PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office suite products, and video creation
Previous knowledge/experience with Verify Access, Verify SaaS, IAM
