Google Cloud teams work with schools, companies, and government agencies to make them more productive, mobile and collaborative.

You will oversee all aspects of the Google Cloud sales process, improving it with your insightful data analysis, troubleshooting, and seamless cross-functional teamwork.

Your strategies ensure that companies new to Google products get the highest quality customer support and that the Google Cloud program overall is kept on the cutting edge.


The Google Puplic Sector Sales Enablement team is responsible for providing the support necessary to match the needs of the go-to-market organization and increasing our promoters' business excellence and productivity.

They do this through deliberate go-to-market Enablement strategies, programs, just-in-time learning, sales productivity tools, assets and learning opportunities.

The Sales Enablement Program Manager is a pivotal role within our Sales Enablement team.

You will own the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of engaging and impactful internal sales events such as sales kickoffs, training summits, and regional meetings.

These events are critical for equipping our promoters with the knowledge, skills, and motivation needed to succeed.

  • The US base salary range for this fulltime position is $129,000$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including jobrelated skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with sales enablement leadership and stakeholders to define objectives, themes, and agendas for internal sales events.
  • Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, vendor management (catering, A/V, etc.), travel coordination, and onsite execution. Ensure seamless delivery of highquality events.
  • Develop internal campaigns to drive attendance and excitement for upcoming events. Create strategies to increase engagement during and after events.
  • Collect attendee feedback and measure the impact of events on sales performance metrics. Identify areas for improvement and iterate on future events.
