- Test water and add chemicals as needed
- Empty skimmers and pump strainer
- Vacuum pool and remove debris from floor
- Brush steps, walls and tiles
- Skim debris off surface
- Check pool equipment
- Backwash filters
- Record work performed
- Quickly and clearly communicate internally and with customers through email and messaging applications
- Maintain inventory of chemicals, parts and supplies as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and motor vehicle report
- Must have valid driver's license, 3 years verifiable driving history and clean driving record
- Dependability and trustworthiness
- Attention to detail and customer service skills
- Ability to take instruction and adapt to new methods/systems
- Proper swimming pool cleaning methods and techniques
- Proper use of swimming pool chemicals
- Ability to work independently and maintain a schedule and workload
- Maintain positive and cooperative working relationship with co-workers

You will provide pool cleaning and service expertise to your customers on a weekly basis. You will be provided a vehicle and tools to manage your route, service, clean, and balance pool chemistry for your customers' pools. You will bring smiles to your customers each week.
You should have a valid driver's license, a positive attitude, be customer oriented, and a team player.
