About You:

• You love people and enjoy helping them through the process
• You are a team player there's nothing you won't help with (OK maybe you won't extract a tooth and that's fine)

• You're a great communicator and you describe yourself as upbeat and positive
• You're a natural leader and feel comfortable with working independently

What you'll be doing on the team:

• Touching base with patients after treatment, collect payments and verify insurance coverage
• Schedule and confirm all patient appointments
• Assisting patients with any billing or financial questions
• Lead the charge on all nonclinical activities in the practice
• Verify insurance and file claims on behalf of the patient
• Ensuring that our patients have a first class, seamless experience at the practice from the first phone call
