• Posting, reconciling, and scanning check deposits
• Uploading and reconciling payment files
• Ensuring all payment types are posted accurately (checks, cash, credit card, ACH)
• Assisting other departments with inquiries concerning payments and providing payment audits when requested
• Transferring phone calls received through our main number
• Assisting the operations team with various other tasks as needed (processing returned mailand/or scanning documents for example)
