    Job DescriptionAbout the job

    Clint is a leading manufacturer of premium French macarons and high-end gluten free pastries for the US. Our 15,000 sqft production site is based in Oxnard, CA, and our products are distributed nationwide. We are a family business committed to growth and human-oriented values. Looking for a detail-oriented staff accountant with great organizational and analytical skills to manage all the finances of the company and become a key player on the administrative team. The position reports directly to the General Manager and the owners.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage financial records
    • Maintain general ledger accounts
    • Manage bank and credit card reconciliation
    • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including communication with suppliers and customers.
    • Manage invoicing.
    • Manage payroll, employee benefits, and time and attendance of temporary employees
    • Produces financial reports, cost analysis, and expense audits
    • Oversee production and inventory data entry in QuickBooks
    • Oversee the organization and maintenance of files and archives
    • Responsible for obtaining permits and licenses to ensure compliance
    • Maintain office supply inventory

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor in Accounting.
    • Use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
    • QuickBooks (Desktop and Online)
    • Basic Spanish a plus
    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

    • Accuracy and timeliness of financial records
    • Relevance and insightfulness of financial reports
    • Effectiveness of internal and external communication
    • Good-integration to the team and company culture
