As Director of Enterprise Sales you will manage a portfolio of multinational global prospects defined by the complexity
&scope of their business travel programs.


Responsibilities

  • Lead project manage complex
    &sales cycle for Enterprise prospects maintaining robust long term pipeline active sales funnel document accurate CRM records.

  • Enterprise prospects across portfolio industry sectors building multi level relationships over year sales cycles Well networked strong communication skills ability to develop cultivate multi level business relationships with senior stakeholders key decision makers organizations global markets detailed capture planning creative approach account acquisition strategy understanding client business travel program strategy objectives articulate FCM differentiators create compelling value propositions key stakeholders C suite decision makers customized solutions service configuration technology products partner collaborate regional sales counterparts cross functions formulate joint strategies effectively communicate win at scale results driven motivated achieve exceed results against set objectives revenue targets individually financial targets KPIs contribute Enterprise team goals FCM growth strategy wider business plan manage multinational contract negotiations seamless handover onboarding operational success teams represent FCM major industry events conferences tradeshows experience qualifications include professional B B global sales minimum related acquiring enterprise size multinational customers existing book relevant contacts flagship companies get meetings close leads extensive individual contributor strategic consultative selling expertise track record converting high value complex cycles end end corporate sector technology sales exceptional communication presentation skills C Suite senior stakeholder level excellent contract commercial negotiation skills high value multinational accounts proven meet deadlines revenue targets grow account base demonstrated building internal external organization solid computer MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint proficient all enablement tools Salesforce Highspot Wrike RFPIO able travel nationally internationally demands role Bachelor degree preferred however candidate considered outstanding proven experience demonstrates understanding FCM competitive landscape determine good fit position differentiator.
