Prizm Behavioral Services was founded by Dr. Asmat Jafry in August 2008 with a strategic vision to provide excellent patient-centered care.

With a progressive group of dedicated professionals, we have now grown into a facility offering comprehensive psychiatric care in and around the Naperville area.

Dr.

Jafry is a board-certified psychiatrist who treats patients of all ages with a keen interest in a broad range of psychiatric disorders including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychosis, eating disorders, and addiction disorders.

She completed her medical education from Karnatak University, India.

With a keen interest in psychiatry, she completed her General Psychiatry residency from Austin, Texas and went on to pursue her fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry from McGaw Medical Center at Northwestern University, Chicago.

Dr. Jafry believes in providing quality care in a secure environment where a patient feels comfortable to express his/her concerns. With her caring and pleasant personality, she is highly approachable and connects well with kids and adolescents. Her ability to work well with families is particularly appreciated by her patients.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent patient service and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our electronic scheduling system (Office Ally)
  • Verify patient information and insurance coverage
  • Collect patient copays and process payments
  • Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy
  • Collaborate with medical staff to provide exceptional patient care
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about our services

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working in a dental office or medical receptionist role is preferred
  • Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay:
From $17.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
