    Major Duties:

    1. Metrics strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive metrics strategy.

    2. Data analysis and interpretation: Utilize statistical methods and data visualization tools to analyze data and extract meaningful insights to IT management to make data driven decisions to drive risk remediation.

    3. Metrics and dashboard development: Design and implement Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Design and create dashboards and reports for regular risk and control monitoring and reporting.

    4. Trend analysis: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, providing proactive recommendations to IT management to decrease or remediate risk.

    5. Keeps abreast on the direction of emerging industry trends and standards.

    6. Experienced, functional expert with technical and/or business knowledge and functional expertise.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis and metrics development using visualization/analytics tools such as Python, R, PowerBI, and SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to details.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry metrics and best practices.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
