    Position
    O.H.S.O. FOH Restaurant Manager

    Pay Range
    Based on experience. Starting base salary: $50,000+ (Including a competitive Bonus Program)

    Description
    • Maintains inventory levels and purchasing
    • Ensures operational standards and goals are being met.
    • Responsible for all daily paperwork.
    • Oversees development and growth of employees.
    • Ensures team is knowledgeable of job expectations.
    • Understand the guest needs and exceeding their expectations.
    • Manage and develop team.
    • Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales.
    • Maintain safe working conditions
    • Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment.
    • Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations.
    • Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives.
    • Schedule and oversee staff departments.

    WHO WE ARE

    O.H.S.O. Brewery + Distillery is a local restaurant, brewery, and distillery that is a dog-friendly, social hot-spot with four locations across the valley. Each location has the same casual neighborhood vibe with their own personalities. Guests can brew their own beer at our nano-brewery in Arcadia, tour our distillery in North Scottsdale, dine in the middle of our two-story brewery in Gilbert, or check out our production facility in Paradise Valley. We are all about creating unique and approachable beer and spirits in a fun, open environment. All of our locations feature expansive dog-friendly patios complete with water dishes, house-made dog treats, and plenty of attention. Come by for our happy hour during the week and our beer brunch on the weekends. Whether you are looking for a unique venue for your next group event or a night out with family there is something for everyone - especially the dog(s)

    Little O's Marketplace is a laid back, casual, but fast paced restaurant and bar. Associated with our big brother, O.H.S.O. Brewery and Distillery, we have an inside/outside bar with many craft beers on tap and available in cans and bottles. At Little O's, you will find a dog friendly patio, an array of O.H.S.O. inspired menu items available in house or to-go and a friendly staff, ready to serve. In addition to our great menu, we also serve coffee, donuts and great 'grab

    Position Requirements
    • 2+ Years of FOH Restaurant Management
    • Title 4 Liquor Cert
    • Food Handlers Cert
    • Aloha POS experience a plus
    • Extensive beer knowledge
    • Emphasis on guest relations
    • Great with people (and dogs of course)
