Passenger handling at the airport as a direct entry (m/f/diverse)
in Frankfurt

Your tasks:

Direct placement in passenger handling at the airport as a check-in service agent for airline passengers at Frankfurt Airport with the following main tasks (m/f/diverse):

Personal passenger assistance during check-in according to airline-specific requirements
Coordination of the boarding process to ensure a timely departure
Information sharing and assistance with selfcheckin machines
Support and assistance in case of flight irregularities

Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:

First experience in guest service, e.g. in gastronomy, hotel industry, or sales (m/f/diverse)
Experience at the airport or in checkin or passenger handling is an advantage (m/f/diverse)
Very good German and English skills
Ability to handle stress and keep a cool head under time pressure
Strong customer service orientation and enjoyment of working with people from different cultures
Valid reliability check according to 7 LuftSiG is an advantage
Unrestricted ability to work in shifts and high flexibility with working hours
Approx. 130 working hours per month
