- Lead and manage a team of Digital Project and Program Managers, setting the vision and implementing best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital and ecommerce projects.
- Mentor and develop the team, manage stakeholders, and predict resource needs.
- Enhance processes and tools, support project planning, and monitor portfolio performance.
- Create onboarding and scope playbooks, drive continuous improvement, and uphold project management standards.
- Minimum BA/BS degree preferred, along with PMP certification and 5+ years of project management experience.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to see projects through lifecycle, and excellent communication abilities.
- Experience in technical systems, agile scrum, and collaborating across disciplines is an asset.
