    We are excited to announce an open position for an HOA Portfolio Manager to join our office. This role is a fantastic opportunity for personal and professional growth. The chosen candidate will be responsible for interacting with a variety of stakeholders, from homeowners to vendors, Board Members, committee members, and staff, both on-site and in corporate offices.

    Qualifications:

    • 2-5 years of experience in Portfolio Community Management
    • Professional, Dependable, and Personable demeanor
    • Strong customer service skills to forge lasting relationships with Board Members and Homeowners

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee communities in compliance with governing documents, management agreements, and contracts
    • Maintain proactive and transparent communication with the Board of Directors, vendors, and internal teams
    • Review monthly financial reports and compile annual budget packages (training provided; no need to feel overwhelmed)
    • Adhere to internal processes for timely and accurate task completion
    • Participate in both virtual and in-person meetings
    • Conduct regular property visits for inspections, meetings, and project supervision
    • Handle administrative duties as required
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and laws concerning common interest development communities, offering pertinent information and education to the boards
