Are you athletic, technically skilled, and interested in chemistry and biology?Then gain your first impressions in the profession ofSwimming Pool AttendantWhat will you learn during your training as a Swimming Pool Attendant?


The dual training program for Swimming Pool Attendants lasts three years.

In the first two years, you will learn everything you need to know for a smooth operation of the pool.

You will supervise the pool and perform water rescue measures. Health education and emergency assistance are important areas of learning.

As a Swimming Pool Attendant, you are responsible for the safety of your guests and must be able to intervene immediately in case of danger.

Your other tasks include monitoring and securing the technical processes.

To ensure that the visit to the indoor or outdoor pool is an adventurous experience, you will maintain recreational facilities such as slides or diving boards.

Are all the rungs of the ladder in good condition? Is the board too slippery and therefore potentially dangerous? You will learn to check and correct all of these things.

To ensure a smooth workday and that every guest pays admission, you will handle ticket sales and also conduct swimming courses and other administrative and public relations tasks at the pool.

As you probably know, attending vocational school is also an important part of your training. The most important subjects include chemistry, biology, and physical education. Technical knowledge is necessary
