Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Computer Operator to join our team.
As a Computer Operator, you will be responsible for managing and operating computer systems, ensuring their smooth functioning and optimal performance.
Your role will involve various administrative tasks and providing technical support to users.Responsibilities:
- Monitor computer systems and ensure their proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updating software and running diagnostics
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide technical support to users
- Maintain accurate records of system performance and incidents
- Assist in the installation and configuration of new computer systems
- Manage data backups and ensure data integrity
- Coordinate with IT department for system upgrades and enhancements
- Provide training to users on basic computer operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to transcribe information accurately
- Experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars and schedules effectively
- Customer serviceoriented with good interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite or similar office productivity tools
- Knowledge of office management procedures is a plus
Pay:
$50,000.00 per year
