We are looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our front office.We would love if you have previous veterinary experience but willing to train the right person. You will be the first friendly face that our clients see and the last person while checking them out. Williness to go above and beyond to make sure the clients are taken care of is a must.
This position is extremely critical to the success of Our Team
You will focus on:
Client Services:
- answering telephone, proper scheduling of appointments, and in-take and check out of patients using the processes in place. This is a front-of-the-house job, you are our client's first point of contact and the last when they leave.
- Previous medical clinic receptionist experience preferred
- Compassion and TLC of all clients, with excellent communication skills.
- A great attitude
- Leadership mindset, coachable.
- Placing all client communications in charts; executing client followups as promised.
- Knowledge of Avimark software (strongly preferred)
- Tendency to be tidy
- Ability to work in a busy environment as a Team Member, and still have a smile at the end of the day for a job well done
- Other duties as assigned
Salary:
dependent on experience
We see dogs & cats. Ideal applicants posses strong technical, communication, and organizational skills, combined with a positive attitude. Job duties will include cleaning, restocking, organization, facilitating appointments, and patient care.
