- In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to enhance company processes, build strong relationships, and support organizational goals.
- Day to Day Support tasks include providing excellent customer service, resolving colleague inquiries, managing HR systems, facilitating onboarding processes, and more.
- Learn and troubleshoot HR Systems.
- Answer policy questions and manage I-9 verification.
- Assist with benefits, payroll, and projects.
- Collaborate with HR Shared Services team members for process enhancement.
- We prefer candidates with 1-2 years of HR experience or equivalent skills.
- Basic knowledge of payroll and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience with ADP, Oracle HR, and SAP HR is beneficial.
- Data-driven and process-oriented.
