PROGRAM OPERATIONS MANAGER
The
PROGRAM OPERATIONS MANAGER plans, organizes, monitors, and manages the day-to-day processes and operations of the assigned program or location to improve operational efficiency, particularly in the areas of administration, financial and programmatic operations.
PRIORITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Find ways to increase quality of ministry and services to clients.
- Implement the right processes and practices across programs.
- Ensure program operations are carried out in an appropriate, costeffective way.
- Improves operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data.
- Oversee collection of program fees, van fees and cost recovery for incidentals.
- Oversee the pipeline for new clients targeting minimum 80% capacity.
- Drive continuous improvements in work processes to reduce operating expenses by specified targets.
- Oversee and lead to achieve program goals via effective Performance Management for all direct reports with at least 3 minimum formal sessions.
- Beginning of Quarter goal / objectives
- Midreview on progress
- End of Quarter feedback
- Plan and manage inventory: submit inventory purchase orders, oversee 'warehouse' efficiency.
- Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs.
- Moves Management, moving residents from one house to another.
- Field and troubleshoot calls from TDCJ Parole Officers
Other Responsibilities
- Manage records: client case management files, timesheets & expense reports, training records
- Report outputs, outcomes and impact metrics and testimonies to Programs Director
- Represent CrossWalk Center at events.
- Other duties in keeping with the scope and nature of the position.
Professional Experience
- Proven work experience as an operations Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Supply Chain Management: Plan, Source (client pipeline), Make (intake), Deliver (reentry plan/program), and Return (CWC reentry KPIs)
- Experience with transitional living operations and reentry programs preferred.
- Experience with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice is a plus.

Education
Required:
Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field/experience
Bi-lingual: English/Spanish is a plus.
Pay:
$40, $45,000.00 per year
