We are looking for someone to renovate and build a porch for a house in Brighton, IA. The renovation will be a complete overhaul of the house. The house is a single-family home (villa, townhouse, etc.). The motivation for the renovation is to update the house for comfort.

The rooms that need to be renovated include the bathroom/s, kitchen, living room and/or dining room, bedroom/s and/or room/s, toilet/s, terrace, and attic.

The changes that will be made in this renovation include electricity, plumbing, parquet/wood flooring, painting, door/s, floors, window/s, and tiling.

The house to be renovated is over 100 square meters and is over 40 years old.

The property where the renovation will take place is currently in the process of being purchased and/or analyzed (I am not the owner).

I am currently in the process of choosing and evaluating the property to buy. The renovation needs to start urgently (within the next 24 hours). Our preference for the service is the best price.
