    THIS REQUIRESS THE CANDIATE TO BE IN NEW HUDSON, MI 4 X A MONTH.

    Works closely with stakeholders to analyze and understand business problems and opportunities. Develops business requirements and continuously evaluates processes to ensure IT solutions support and align with business initiatives.

    Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –

    · Proven analytical ability related to analysis of functional business processes is a must.

    · Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, proven organization and attention to detail are required

    · 3 years of Business Analyst experience

    Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:


    • Demonstrated ability to lead and drive initiatives through consensus-building


    • Ability to learn and understand new concepts (both business and technical) in a short timeframe and apply that knowledge to help achieve business objectives


    • Strong technology skills with a good understanding of PC based applications, including MS Office Professional and Internet based applications.


    • Demonstrated proficiency with Visio and FIGMA or similar tools

    Preferred Skills/Experience


    • Experience with JIRA

    Education/Certifications – BS degree preferred
