The European Site & Network Management continuously develops and ensures the competitiveness of BASF's major European sites. We manage the perfect integration of infrastructure, operational services, personnel services, and logistics with production at these sites. This ensures the basic supply of the business areas, enabling them to successfully operate in the market. In addition, we provide advice to the plants on all matters related to environmental protection, occupational and plant safety, health protection, and regulatory law.

RESPONSIBILITIES



As a working student in BASF's project management for European site logistics, you will be responsible for the following tasks, where you can demonstrate your acquired knowledge and gain insights into BASF's logistics and IT processes.

  • Active participation in strategic logistics projects with a focus on conceptualization, digitalization, automation, process design, process optimization, investment and business case calculation
  • Your ideas and experiences are always welcome
  • Support of project management in day-to-day operations
  • Creation of project documents, such as presentations, in German and English
  • Participation and active role in organizing and documenting project meetings and workshops, where experts from various departments discuss and define their ideas and concepts
