The Boeing Corporate team is seeking a highly motivated
Estimating and Pricing Manager (Level K) to join the organization in
Mesa, AZ.


As a first-line leader, you have the opportunity to support the development of individuals' skills and abilities so that they can fulfill current or future job/role responsibilities more effectively and provide on-going developmental feedback.

Position Responsibilities:


  • Manages employees performing estimates, cost or price proposals, case development and risk, financial and competitive analyses
  • Develops and drives project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, collaborators, peers, partners and direct reports
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a businessrelated function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)
  • Experience leading a team or project
  • Experience communicating effectively with multiple levels of an organization

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
  • Knowledge of audit, factfinding, and effective negotiation processes (e.g., selfaudit, internal audit, government audit) and how they affect the proposal process

Summary pay range:
$124,950 - $161,050
