    Description

    Job Title: Donor Records Coordinator

    Company: Meals On Wheels, Inc. of Tarrant County

    Description: The Donor Records Coordinator plays a crucial role in accurately recording donations in the donor database and ensuring timely acknowledgements for each gift. This position requires on-site daily presence.

    Payment: Hourly, Non-Exempt Full-Time Employee

    Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM Friday

    Supervisor: Vice President of Marketing & Communications

    Committees Involved: Marketing committee and other assigned committees

    Collaborations: Works closely with various Agency departments, Board of Directors, Clients, Participants, Grantees, Donors, Vendors, and other relevant parties

    EXPECTATIONS

    • Maintain confidentiality of client, donor, volunteer, staff, and board information
    • Support the mission, vision, and goals of the organization
    • Represent the organization professionally at all times
    • Transportation, valid driver's license, and required vehicle insurance are mandatory
    • Passing a criminal background check and having a clear MVR is necessary
    • Assist with meal delivery during volunteer shortages
    • Contribute to additional projects when needed

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage donor database updates and engage with donors, volunteers, board members, staff, and the community
    • Handle mailing lists, reports generation in Raisers Edge, Access, and Excel
    • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude are vital for success
    • Support special events and administrative tasks in the Marketing and Communications department
    • Participate in planning, execution, documentation, and sponsorship acquisition for events, including occasional evening and weekend work
