    Onsite Requirements:
    Automation exp
    Backend dev exp/scripting (some kind of dev exp at least)
    Exp with design/packaging/rollouts at enterprise level, windows apps mgmt.

    Here are the key primary skills required for the Platform Architect role:

    DataOps Principles:

    The candidate should have a deep understanding of DataOps principles to increase the velocity of development and enable the organization to develop new features and datasets.


    Tableau and Data Connections:
    The candidate should be able to support and maintain Tableau data connections for different systems and applications.

    Administration of SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS solutions: The candidate should be able to administer SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS solutions for enterprise analytics platform and collaborate with management to expand adoption while controlling costs.


    Operational Excellence:

    The candidate should be able to continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk, and ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of technology solutions.


    Project Management:

    The candidate should be able to manage small to medium sized technical projects, break down goals into actionable tasks, and understand the project management lifecycle.


    Cybersecurity:

    The candidate should be able to develop solutions to support cybersecurity strategies to protect the organization from internal and external threats.


    Innovation:

    The candidate should be able to deploy new technology solutions, conduct proof-of-concepts and pilots on the latest trends and advancements in digital transformation, and identify and implement technical rationalization opportunities.


    Data Driven Culture:

    The candidate should be able to focus on a quality user experience, collaborate with stakeholders to establish an architectural design and vision, and build and maintain strong relationships across the organization.


    Qualifications:

    The candidate should have a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred (Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other quantitative subject a plus); or 5+ years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


    Technical Skills:

    The candidate should have

    5+ years of experience working with various Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or ERP software packages (Tableau, Informatica, SAP, Oracle, SQL Server, JDE, preferred).

    Server Admin experience in Tableau is a plus.

    They should also have 3+ years of experience with SQL and a scripting language like PowerShell and/or Python, and experience working on different application connections to Snowflake Data Warehouse.


    Communication Skills:

    The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex ideas concisely to a variety of audiences.


    Professional Skills:

    The candidate should demonstrate high personal standards of behavior in a professional environment, demonstrate accountability, competence, and the ability to manage through influence.

    They should also have strong analytical, logic, and critical thinking skills required, and experience with JIRA/GitHub or other code management toolsets and experience with change control concepts.

    Position Summary:


    We are looking for a Platform Architect who is passionate about applying technology to help people make better decisions with data.

    The core function of this role is to ensure the health and uptime of the Decision Science servers and applications that form the basis for all our data integration, data science and advanced analytic work that we do for the entire Post Holdings family of businesses.

    This professional coordinates with the Decision Science team to enhance and maintain the platforms that provide our business intelligence solutions.

    He or she will lead the technical implementation and support enterprise-wide analytics applications.

    This role will leverage a diverse technical background to solve complex problems and develop advanced analytical solutions with minimal oversight.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Operational Excellence:

    o Support & maintain Tableau data connections for different systems & applications.

    o Administration of SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS solutions for enterprise analytics platform. Collaborate with management to expand adoption while controlling costs.

    o Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.


    o Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of technology solutions, and address any potential risks or issues that may impact business operations.

    The primary objective of the Enterprise Analytic Platform Manger is to enable people to deliver this magnitude of value through the strategic use of technology and ensuring that our data is exchanged, stored and used in a secure manner that meets or exceeds our corporate security posture.

    o Manage small to medium sized technical projects.

    Works with engineering teams to break down goals into actionable tasks articulated in work breakdown structures with resource allocation and task duration estimates.

    Understand the project management lifecycle.

    o Provide proactive stakeholder communication that articulate the progress on initiatives, status of deliverables, and visibility to risks.

    o Develop solutions to support cybersecurity strategies to protect the organization from internal and external threats.

    o Create documentation, flowcharts, layouts, and diagrams to communicate architecture concepts and support maintenance/upgrades.
