WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Ensure the integrity of the drug screen collection bathroom.
Ensure all nondisposable instruments requiring sterilization are clean and sterile.
Count and log medications daily.
Calibrate equipment daily and maintain proper equipment logs.
Monitor temperature logs daily for variances.
Perform Point of Care (POC) testing, interpret the results to guide care.
Prepare the patient for examination and perform necessary clinical procedures.
Monitor inventory needs for required department equipment and supplies; place orders as required to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
Attend offsite wellness events; coordinate and bring all needed supplies; return supplies and route specimens to correct location after the event.
Perform and/or assist with necessary clinical assessments and data collections.
Collect and properly documents DOT and nonDOT Drug Screens ChainofCustody.
A fulltime day shift position; schedule is Monday-Friday (8A4:30P)

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma/GED Required
Medical Assistant Certification Required
Department of Transportation (DOT)
Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) . within 90 Days Required
