Description

Sensorium AVR, a home technology consulting company, is seeking to fill an administrative and bookkeeper assistant position who will become a vital part of our team and help provide various clerical and accounting services such as project management, bookkeeping, managing calendar and math skills.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Assist bookkeeper in accurately collecting billing hours on a daily basis and help prepare client invoices
  • Record sales orders and prepare and update procurement sheets
  • Perform data entry and maintain inventory accuracy against daily received or delivered products
  • Office support, answering telephone inquiries, provide service and customer support and write job reports
  • Provide updates to the bookkeeper on any outstanding orders and unpaid invoices
  • Assist principals with estimates and proposals
  • Handle daytoday transactions such as package shipping and receiving and handling
  • Able to lift and carry with easy up to 50 lbs
  • Communicate daily with suppliers on pending orders and provide solutions to outstanding nontechnical issues

Skills:


  • Proficient in English language with excellent communications skills as wells as organization skills and attention to detail a must
  • Proficiency with Intuit QuickBooks Online
  • Adherence to laws and best practices in regard to dealing with customers and suppliers
  • Understanding of MSRP, and manufacturer cost and markup
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Excel and Google docs, billing and formulas
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in real time
  • Demonstrate a cando attitude, be positive and business savvy
  • Highly professional, focused and extremely reliable
  • Operates independently with attention to timeliness and detail
  • Experience or interest in home technology a big plus

Full-time: Range 23.50-$25.50 per hour
