Description
Dynamic entrepreneur is seeking an experienced, trustworthy, and organized Personal Assistant/House Manager. The Personal Assistant/House Manager will take responsibility for handling a broad range of tasks in support of clients' personal matters and household. Works remotely from their own home, clients' home and other locations.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Oversee personal needs of principal and provide support for personal household.
- Purchase and stock groceries, household supplies, and other items as requested.
- Supervise and schedule home maintenance/repair work.
- Plan and coordinate private events such as parties and dinners (sometimes with very short notice.)
- Pay household and personal bills and prepare monthly statements relating to credit card purchases.
- Manage and schedule other household staff, such as housekeepers, landscapers, pool maintenance, and other vendors as needed.
- Light house cleaning duties such as changing linens, washing dishes, and tidying up after stocking the homes. Wash, fold and put away laundry.
- Handle dry cleaning as needed.
- Arrange vehicle maintenance as needed.
- Schedule personal appointments as requested.
- Run errands and perform tasks as needed.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Personal Assistant, including House Management.
- 2+ years of construction and/or property management experience.
- Experience using Excel (able to create basic formulas) and the Google Drive suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with little direction.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, and highly accurate.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Ability to anticipate the next steps and quickly find solutions to problems as they arise.
- Ability to manage home A/V electronics (e.g. tv, audio, internet, cable), home security system, A/C system, etc.
- Must have Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, personal vehicle and auto insurance.
- Must be able to use personal vehicle to drive to/from locations as needed.
- Must be able to work remotely from your own home and clients' homes as needed.
- Must be able to lift 3050 pounds on a regular basis.
- Must be able to climb several floors with ease.
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and privacy.
- Must sign a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
- Must pass a Background Check and DMV check.
