As a Sr Advanced Program Performance Management Specialist, you will utilize your seasoned team building skills and extensive experience with integrated performance management and schedule management to lead a team in program cost and schedule development and analysis. You will apply your skills to developing engineering programs for critical major components, and production programs for both large custom subsystems and small total systems. The scope of these programs will have a total program value of $50-300M. Youll lead the development of the program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters, perform analysis of program performance (historical and predictive), monitor and work with program teams to update the program estimate at completion, help teams provide written explanations of major variances, review results and make recommendations to program teams and business leaders. Prior experience performing and leading Earned Value Management activities for both cost and schedule using standard EVM tracking and reporting tools is essential.
