Job Description: Exciting Tasks Ahead

  • As a construction manager (m/f/d), you support the team in the supervision of construction projects, taking into account technical, economic, and legal aspects
  • You coordinate between planning offices, architects, and landlord services
  • You create construction schedules based on the necessary construction measures for planned branches
  • You are responsible for compiling construction costs for renovations/revitalization of existing branches as well as new branches based on the construction description
