Your responsibilities

Responsible for ongoing bookkeeping, including account reconciliation and closing tasks
Monitoring and recording bank transactions
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Preparation and execution of monthly payroll in cooperation with our tax office
Point of contact for employees regarding payroll inquiries
Handling of reporting and certification to social security agencies and tax authorities
Support in personnel matters, such as hiring processes, contract management, and personnel file management
Creation and updating of employee documents and reports
Communication with internal and external partners regarding personnel matters
