RISE UP FOR AUTISM is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead a team in providing top-notch quality care and innovative treatment solutions. We have locations in Chicago, Aurora, Tinley Park, and Joliet and are growing our teams in each. Be part of a dynamic team that thrives on professional growth and collaboration.
We offer a competitive pay scale(74,000-90,000) that values your expertise and dedication to serving the autism community. Our center hours are 8-5 Monday - Friday, no nights or weekends, allowing you time to recharge over the weekend. Our BCBA's enjoy the flexibility of working from home once a week as well as smaller caseloads, with approximately 25-30 hours of billable hours and an average caseload of 6-8 clients.
