ABOUT THE JOB


ServiceMaster sales professionals are responsible for selling restoration services in response to fire, water, and other damage to homes and businesses.

Our sales leaders are on the front line in the field, serving as the face of the company.


Your job duties will include:
Prospecting for new contacts

Building and maintaining existing client relationships

Responding to both residential and commercial losses

Building a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities

Identifying key local targets


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of businesstobusiness outside sales experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Fundamental understanding of outside sales and businesstobusiness sales tactics and techniques
  • I.e., ability to build relationships, provide customer service, prioritize, account forecast / plan, negotiate, sell consultatively, stay organized, and manage your time effectively
  • Ability to perform work without direct supervision
  • Ability to work after hours, and be oncall after normal business hours
  • Construction Knowledge a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Spanish a plus

$75, $150,000.00 per year
