ServiceMaster sales professionals are responsible for selling restoration services in response to fire, water, and other damage to homes and businesses.
Your job duties will include:
Prospecting for new contacts
Building and maintaining existing client relationships
Responding to both residential and commercial losses
Building a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
Identifying key local targets
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of businesstobusiness outside sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Fundamental understanding of outside sales and businesstobusiness sales tactics and techniques
- I.e., ability to build relationships, provide customer service, prioritize, account forecast / plan, negotiate, sell consultatively, stay organized, and manage your time effectively
- Ability to perform work without direct supervision
- Ability to work after hours, and be oncall after normal business hours
- Construction Knowledge a plus
- Basic knowledge of Spanish a plus
- Excellent base pay with competitive commissions
- Potential for growth within one of the largest disaster restoration companies
- Ongoing training weekly sales meetings, yearly sales training, and regional sales interaction to help support attainment of job and revenue goals

$75, $150,000.00 per year
