As the Directorof Sales and Marketing, you will apply your dynamic abilities by:
Maintaining the budgeted census levels atyour community through a coordination of external and internal marketingefforts
Guaranteeing that residents and theirfamilies experience a high level of customer service through an effectiveadmissions process
Developing and maintaining relationships toadvise them of programs and services the community can provide
Maintaining a working knowledge of Federaland State regulations
Theideal candidate will possess the following:
Highschool diploma or general education degree (GED)
Knowledgeof reimbursement programs and managed care referral processes
Educationor previous experience in the healthcare field
Ableto communicate effectively
