Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate send dates, copy approvals, and quality assurance processes of split fundraising content.
Identify unique opportunities for fundraising content that leverages the strengths of partners across lists.
Ensure that content and messaging are aligned with our brand and campaign goals.
Establish metrics and benchmarks to track and measure the success of the program.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

4+ years of digital fundraising experience, ideally for an electoral campaign, an advocacy organization, or a nonprofit.
You have a strong understanding of the digital fundraising landscape, best practices, and benchmarks for success.
You are a great communicator who can interact with leaders at different levels.
You thrive in a fastpaced environment and can navigate ambiguity to achieve desired outcomes.
You are incredibly organized, and are able to prioritize multiple projects moving at different speeds in a deadlinedriven environment.
You are willing to relocate to the Wilmington, Delaware area.
