Director of Operations
Position Summary

The Director of Operations is responsible for the development and implementation of customer service campaigns, provider relations, assistance with client retention & satisfaction and new facility launches.

The DOO will work directly with the Senior Practice Manager and the VP of Operations in these areas and will develop education and training programs to improve in identified areas.

The DOO will also be responsible for the direct supervision of the operational support personnel team and will ensure compliance with departmental standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities
Coordination and monitoring provider schedules
Ensuring timely closure of provider notes
Conducting provider interviews
Will assist with facility launches and interfaces. Focusing on client and provider relations.
Responsible for the implementation of identified customer services campaigns as assigned.
Responsible for customer service campaign results and implementation of necessary improvement plans to address identified opportunities.

Will work with interdisciplinary team members on the development and implementation of new campaigns and workflows to improve processes, services and delivery of medical care and products.

Responsible for the direct supervision of operations support personnel.
Will provide support to the VP of Operations in managing staffing levels and market development plans.
Will assist with strategizing future growth and staffing needs and work with talent acquisition to establish new market growth.

Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft applications and healthcare software
Minimum of 3 years health care experience required.
Bachelor's degree in social sciences, Health Care Administration or related fields. (Preferred)
Requires travel.
Valid Driver's License
Reports to Senior Practice Manager and VP of Operations
