- Tax preparation and review, accounting, bookkeeping and planning skills for both individuals and businesses.
- Client interaction and responsibility, working with individuals and small and medium sized businesses in all areas of accounting and compliance.
- Strong managerial, communication, technical, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment with a high-level of focus on accuracy and confidentiality in all work products.

- Accounting degree is required.
- CPA certificate is required.
- 3 or more years of Public Accounting experience in Accounting and Tax is a plus.
- Experience with financial statements.
- Experience with various accounting software packages; UltraTax, Accounting CS and QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational and computer skills.
