Ram Realty Advisors, LLC (Ram) is an investment advisor managing private equity funds and partnerships with funds from various sources. They focus on acquiring, developing, and financing retail and multifamily properties in the Southeast, mainly targeting markets in South Florida, Tampa, Orlando, and other areas. They are now looking for a Tax Manager to join their team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing tax engagements with outside CPA firms, tax planning, and ensuring accuracy of tax returns.
• Must be knowledgeable about tax regulations at different levels.
• Review financial data regularly to minimize tax obligations.
• Conduct complex tax research.
• Stay informed about tax policies and communicate issues to the management team clearly.
• Develop expertise in taxation.
• Participate in entity structuring with tax and legal advisors.
• Act as the main point of contact for partners/investors regarding tax matters.
• Supervise fixed asset policies and maintain accounting records.
• Prepare financial statements and work on financial operations.
• Support the team with audits, reporting, and other financial tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements for this role include a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, a related Bachelor's degree, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with Yardi. Knowledge in REITs, Partnerships, and Real Estate is preferred but not mandatory.
